Introducing Redeemer's Staff

Tim Anderson, Interim Senior Pastor
Pastor Tim Anderson began his interim ministry at Redeemer Covenant Church on August 1, 2021. Before retiring in 2015, Pastor Tim served five Covenant congregations in the Midwest. In these years since retiring, he and his wife, Linda, have served three other congregations in an interim role. The Andersons are delighted to serve the Lord with the congregation at Redeemer!

Amy Long, Director of Children, Youth & Family Ministry
Amy has a B.A. in Christian Education and Biblical and Theological Studies. Plus she earned her Master’s Degree in Christian Spiritual Formation from Wheaton College. She served churches in Chicago and Minneapolis. Then she came to Redeemer after several years working with children and families in a range of cross-cultural settings. Amy is passionate about creatively helping children and students encounter Jesus and respond to his call to join the Kingdom.

Emily Menssen, Communications & Community Engagement Director
Emily has a B.A. in Photocommunications and recently graduated from North Park University and Seminary with a Master’s of Christian Formation and a Master’s of Nonprofit Administration. Emily is a longtime Covenanter and grew up at Brookdale Covenant Church but attended Redeemer for Confirmation. She is excited to be back at Redeemer and serving in a community she is passionate about. Emily’s husband, Tyler, is an ordained Covenant pastor currently serving as interim pastor at Lake Union Covenant Church in South Haven, MN.
