Staff: Pastor Ben Pease

Rev. Ben Pease, Senior Pastor

Pastor Ben became Redeemer’s senior pastor in July 2017, after serving on staff at Covenant churches in Springfield, MA, and New Brighton, MN. In June 2018 we celebrated Pastor Ben’s Ordination in the Evangelical Covenant Church. He loves preaching the Word of God along with equipping teams and teaching centered on growth in Jesus Christ. Ben is excited about God’s next steps for the congregation. Ben and his wife, Christi, have three children.

Staff: Pastor Seth Lindberg

Rev. Seth Lindberg, Associate Pastor of Worship & Outreach

Pastor Seth holds a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education from Bethel University and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from North Park Theological Seminary. Seth has served churches in Illinois, Colorado and California. He creates a contemporary worship atmosphere that allows people to connect with God through music. Seth loves helping people take their faith beyond knowledge and into an active experience.

Staff: Ms. Amy Long

Amy Long, Director of Children, Youth & Family Ministry

Amy has a B.A. in Christian Education and Biblical and Theological Studies. Plus she earned her Master’s Degree in Christian Spiritual Formation from Wheaton College. She served churches in Chicago and Minneapolis. Then she came to Redeemer after several years working with children and families in a range of cross-cultural settings. Amy is passionate about creatively helping children and students encounter Jesus and respond to his call to join the Kingdom.

Staff: Nathan Bird

Nathan Bird, Sanctuary Choir Director

Nathan is the director of Redeemer’s adult choir that sings at the 8:45 a.m. traditional service. He served on staff two separate times, most recently from September 2015 to present. Nathan holds a Master’s in voice performance from Denver University. He has built a business in music including concert production, voice teaching, and performances around the world. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive by realizing unmet potential. Nathan currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife and four children.
