Staying Alert with Prayer Raid!

When you hear the Wednesday sirens, think of prayer!

First Wednesday of each month  |  April 5, 1 p.m.  |  via Zoom

The community warning sirens are tested at 1 p.m. on the first Wednesday of every month. The purpose of this test is to keep the system ready for severe changes in weather and the world’s climate. When you hear the sirens, remember that there is a faithful group of Redeemer people joining in prayer called Prayer Raid.

We will spend time in prayer for our church family, the Brooklyn Park community, the Twin Cities and way beyond. Come join the Prayer Raid team!

During these challenging times, it is crucial to meet together in prayer as we lift up our praises and concerns to the Lord and encourage one another. “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am with them” (Matthew 18:20).

A message from Pastor Dan: “I would like to build upon Redeemer’s Prayer Raid by expanding our prayer to each Wednesday at 1 p.m. We will continue to hold the Prayer Raid via Zoom on the first Wednesday of the month. What I am asking is that all of us pray each Wednesday at 1 p.m. for our church – wherever you are. If are driving – pray. If you are at home – pray. If you are at work – find a couple of minutes and pray. All of us pray Wednesday at 1 p.m., being 1 in Prayer.
