The city of Brooklyn Park was chosen as one of the six cities from across the nation to make a presentation during the Community Engagement Leadership Institute, January 9-14, in Los Angeles, California. This annual gathering is sponsored by W. K. Kellogg Foundation, which supports children, families, and communities. The city requested that Pastor Steve be part of the five-member team representing Brooklyn Park in Los Angeles and making a presentation during the week-long Leadership Institute.
