Twisting and Turning
October through April
On Wednesday evenings, 6:30 - 8 pm, the church building is brimming with wiggles and squeals as kids arrive for the weekly AWANA program. Your pre-school and elementary-age children will play fun team games, memorize and recite Scripture verses, earn awards, and hear stories from the Bible.
- Club meetings with a team leader whom your child can look up to as a friend.
Annual AWANA fair for parents and their kids to enjoy booth games, eat carnival food, and hear the Gospel message - all in one energy-packed evening!
Grand Prix for hand-crafted racers.
End-of-the-year AWANA picnic in May when children are rewarded for completing challenging projects.
Church and community children may join at any point during October through April, when the program is in full swing.
Volunteers who facilitate the program are parents, grandparents, and young adults with a love for seeing children come to know Jesus as they learn to keep His Word, the Bible, in their hearts through memorization.
